The giveaway is open to all individuals aged 18 or older, and who reside within a 100 km radius of London, Ontario. Employees of Cutting Edge Pool & Patio Inc., their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

To enter the giveaway, participants must schedule and complete one of the following services with Cutting Edge Pool & Patio Inc during the 2025 pool season:

• Pool opening or closing

• Liner replacement

• Pool renovation or new pool installation
  Service must be completed between April 1, 2025, and November 30, 2025. Entry into the giveaway is automatic upon start of the eligible service and/or signing of contract.

• Pool Opening & Closing Signup: One winner will receive a $100 Mastercard Gift Card. The draw will take place September 1, 2025. 

• Liner Replacement: One winner will receive free pool opening and closing services for 2 years (2025 and 2026 pool seasons). The draw will take place September 1, 2025

• Pool Renovation or Installation: One winner will receive a Skimbot (valued at $900+).
  The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on October 15, 2025.

Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the draw date. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 5 business days, a new winner may be selected.

• $100 Mastercard Gift Card: Prize will be delivered to the winner’s address provided during entry.

• Free Pool Openings & Closings: Prize includes two consecutive years of free pool opening and closing services (2025 and 2026 pool seasons). This offer is limited to a single pool at the address provided and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

• Skimbot: The Skimbot prize will be delivered to the winner's address provided during entry.

• By entering this giveaway, participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

• Cutting Edge Pool & Patio Inc reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable.

• Cutting Edge Pool & Patio Inc is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or acceptance of the prize.

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name and/or likeness in promotional materials or advertisements without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
